Joseph Vella, President

Joe Vella founded DIVIUM, LLC out of a desire to provide exceptional IT expertise to medium size businesses in Western Pennsylvania. He is a Senior IT Professional with 20 years of field experience in software design, development, sales, consulting, and management. He prides himself in staying abreast of the latest technologies (.Net, SharePoint, SQL Server), has a unique ability to communicate technical solutions to business owners, and uses a customer centric approach to system design, development, implementation and support.

Sean Kunkle, Vice President

Sean Kunkle manages the business side of DIVIUM, LLC and is also the head of creative design. Sean has been instrumental in establishing DIVIUM’s business structure, from the business plan, to administrative services, to managing DIVIUM’s finances. Sean has 15 years of experience in visual design and uses that experience to create unique user and graphical interfaces for DIVIUM designed applications and web sites. Sean uses HTML, Visual Studio, Expression Studio, and Photoshop and is also prototyping with Sketch flow. One look at a DIVIUM product and you will see the difference that Sean makes.

Steven DiVincenzo, Vice President, Research and Development

Steve is the V.P. of software development for DIVIUM, LLC and oversees all software development projects. Steve has development experience using an assortment of different technologies (Perl, C++, Java, PHP and VB6) but primarily focuses on .NET. Steve has a passion for technology and is always ready to discuss the latest and greatest technologies and how they can be used to improve the quality of deliverable software. Steve hold’s multiple BS degrees from the University of Pittsburgh including Molecular Biology, Chemistry, and Computer Science.

Joshua Hollis, Senior Software Developer

Joshua Hollis fills the role of Developer as well as Designer. With a skill set encompassing all aspects of software engineering Josh is always able to lend a creative eye or technical expertise. Although he is generally responsible for designing the graphic intensive front end present in many DIVIUM applications, Joshua is also regularly assigned programming projects as well. Joshua's preferred tools include: C# .net, XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and any graphic design tool he can get his hands on.

Tim Green, Senior Business Analyst

Tim is a senior systems analyst and program manager for DIVIUM. Using Team Foundation Server,Tim heads our software testing and develops a workflow from the results. Recently retired from the U.S. Air Force, he brings more than 21 years of experience and a passion for customer service. Tim earned his Bachelor’s degree from Grove City College and holds a Strayer University Masters of Science Degree in Information Systems.

Christina Manno, Graphic Design

Christina Manno is the founder and owner of Christina Lee Designs, located in Western Pennsylvania. She specializes in magazine page layout, web graphics, business/corporate identities, advertisements, event invitations, photography enhancements and graphic design. Christina has worked with Eisenhower Dance Ensemble, designing poster advertisements. She has provided digital photo enhancements and created wedding albums for DNB Photography. Additionally, Christina has designed the business identity for DIVIUM. LLC. Utilizing the Adobe Suite programs, Ms. Manno and Christina Lee Designs offers an extraordinary product and professional service.
